Rhyniognatha, an extinct genus of early insect, does not spawn because it no longer exists. The species lived during the Early Devonian period, approximately 400 million years ago, and became extinct long before the concept of spawning or reproduction as we understand it today. Therefore, the reason Rhyniognatha does not spawn is simply because it is no longer a living organism. **

Eels spawn in saltwater because their larvae, known as leptocephali, require the specific salinity and chemical composition of saltwater to survive and develop properly. Additionally, saltwater provides a more suitable environment for eel eggs to hatch and for the young eels to grow and mature before eventually migrating to freshwater habitats. **

Pillagers do not naturally spawn in Minecraft because they are considered hostile mobs that are meant to be encountered in specific locations such as Pillager Outposts or during Raids. This design choice allows players to have more control over when and where they engage with Pillagers, adding a sense of challenge and strategy to the game. Additionally, this prevents Pillagers from randomly spawning and disrupting the player's gameplay experience in their own created worlds. **

No, scorpions do not spawn in the rain. In fact, scorpions are more likely to hide and seek shelter during rainy weather. They are sensitive to moisture and prefer dry environments, so they are less active during rainy conditions. Scorpions are nocturnal creatures and typically come out at night to hunt for prey, regardless of the weather. **
